super soft quality and great customer service

I've tried both the super lightweight scarf and the thicker basic scarf. Both have exceeded expectation of softness. I'm at a place in life where I get too hot very quickly and neither scarf felt heavy. I like to have something to add a light layer and yet is not too bulky to carry around...for summer these scarfs are snuggling in an overly air-conditioned space. When I worked with customer service to resolve a concern they were very responsive (like immediately) in a way that communicated that they truly wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase. I think these scarfs would make very thoughtful gifts- who doesn't want to be swaddled in super soft cashmere.

This is my second scarf, and the Navy Blue is so gorgeous and soft, that it will go my blue and black clothing. I have changed my colors to black with gray, blues and warm lavenders. This scarf is perfect. May be buying more.
